3 Mac servers, same wifi network, 1 server (M1) cannot connect securely

I have 3 macs running Plex server; my main server is a mac mini M1 model but I cannot get it to support a secure connection. All network settings the same; same network, etc. I want to use with Apple TV but it appears to need a secure connect.

Any clues/suggestions?
