Hi, not all but many 3D (OU or SBS) files are broken on my ShieldTV. On a previous version(long ago) it worked nice and had no problems (on external apps the files worked,too). I have make two images to demonstrate this problem. It´s the same movie on both images^^. I test it on the shield TV and my LG WebOS TV. On the XPlay app (TV) the image is right but on my ShieldTV, the image is 4:3 (none 3D mode activ)…Normaly it should show two 16:9 images (OU).

1. Shield TV: - 3D MODE IS OFF!
2. LG WebOS: - XPlay app - 3D MODE IS ON
Yeah you’re going to need to provide server logs / client logs (network logging report back with dates / times) and xml’s of files you tested.
