3D playback on Xbox One.

First of all, I love the app and Plex in general.

I have one minor problem though, when I try to watch a 3D film it only displays it as side by side images rather than as a 3D watchable image. Is this not yet possible on the Xbox One version of Plex? Also if not, is it then possible to add an option to choose which file to play if you have more than 1 version of the same film. For instance I have a movie in 1080p and also in 3D, I would like to be able to choose to watch the 1080p version rather than have it auto load the 3D version.

Thanks again!

Afaik PlexHT has the same issue with 3D content. After starting a 3D movie I have to manually tell my projector it's 3D and either SBS or OU, after that it works great.

Split your movies into two and rename one of them (I have added "(3D)" to all my 3D movies, and tagged them "3D".

That is true, but the PlexHT has the better excuse since most HTPC's do not really know that they are 3D tv connected or sending the 3D content signal must be hard, not sure.

But the Samsung TV Plex app has this option, would be nice if this will be a Plex wide feature for all 3D enabled client devices.
