I will like to ask if any one can suggest a TV box that plex will support 3D movies like the webos? Some good TV box not some Chinese no name brand. I am using nvidia shield for my projector but it dosent support 3D correctly. The option for the moment is the plex add on for kodi.or if is a way to install a compatible version of plex on shield for 3D?

Plex does not support 3D. Plex will playback S/S and T/B files as-is and it’s up to your TV/projector to convert the image to 3D.

My tv and my projector are coverting the playback in 3D. What I am saying is for example my plex on my LG TV and the plex add on kodi nvidia shield are turning in 3D too. I can see the menu play pause interface etc. in 3D. Now the plex app from Google store is turning the playback in 3D but not the interface and menu. You see 2 images one on the top of the other that can not see clear anything.

Exactly, Plex does not support 3D, so the menus are going to look wrong. Your best option is to use a mobile device (phone or tablet) and use the plex app on there to control the Plex app on your projector.

For the projector I need to use external source tv box,xbox etc. as I dosent have OS.
I understand that dosent support 3d but why on webos is displayed correctly. For example if you pause a 3d movie the control bar will pop-up and you can see it clearly wearing the glasses. With kodi add on too on tv or projector. With the android app if you pause the 3d playback the control bat it will pop-up all other the screen like 2 bars that are not clear.
