To be a dupe, that would require your post, which was created on 01/01/2015 be older than this one, whereas THIS thread was started on 03/10/2013. if anything your post would be a dupe, not this one.

Here my question:
It would be nice to see that Plex would be 3D aware. When watching a movies in sbs or ou the subtitles become unreadable, as wel as the Plex interface itself. If the Plex interface would also switch to sbs/ou the menu/subs would be displayed correctly.
Currently I switch to Kodi for 3D movies, because Kodi has this feature. But It would be great if I could solely use plex for my media.

Yes, 3D MVC support would be amazing. I have Plex on the PS4 with PSVR and on the Oculus Go but both won’t play my MVC-encoded MKVs in 3D…

It would be great to be able to use a “Play as 2D” option on 3D movies. But hey, Kodi supports that, so there is a workaround. To bad that probably it will never be implemented in Plex.
…it’s a shame that 3D MVC files are not playing in 3D with this beautiful Plex tool.
