3D SBS and 3D TAB/OU dosen't look good on a big screen, any chance Plex will support 3D MVC in the future?
The only software I have found with 3D MVC support is Stereoscopic Player.
Today I play 3D ISO with TMT on a windows bootcamp.
That would require making a newer fork of XBMC, which will come, but could take some time.
I have had no problems with 3D SBS, just have to manually switch the device your watching on to SBS 3D mode.
I liked the main post as well.
I'm very interested in converting my current media center to 3D.
Plex could assist a bit on this, by for instance automatically detecting 3D content in a better way, better subtitle support, etc.
I searched many days on how to name my files properly for 3D movies, tried many things, but in the end plex never states in the movie information it's a 3D movie.
Other topic's in the forum suggest this feature isn't implemented.
Also 3D subtitles are not properly supported.

@K.Rens, I have had no problem using .ass subtitles in Plex. Get the srt2ass converter and convert them.
