I’ve been using plex for over a year now and have had little issues, but this week I started to watch some new 4k content which I haven’t watched before and it keeps buffering. The bitrate is about 49Mbps. My tv is connected via UTP and is limited to 100Mbps, but clearly sufficient for 49Mbps.
I’ve played 4k HDR content flawlessly before, but now with this latest show I get stuttering during every episode. It’s not transcoded and I try to use directplay exclusively. My server is an AMD 2400g with I think 8 or 16gb of ram. The content is being streamed from an HDD. Does there seem to be anything wrong by looking at my log? Plex Media Server.log (10.0 MB)
