I am having a problem with plex app on windows 10 (Kaby lake I3 7100) and xbox one-s and samsung tv. When playing a 4k mkv around 70GB movie it starts to play bad like its pausing and playing in seconds , I can confirm that I tried playing the same file over the Network the same PC using kodi (not plex app for kodi just kodi)using the same server but via smb share and it plays fine, so what could be happening to the plex app ? thanks regards

wow paying plex pass and not a pinch of help.
Anyway the app is not using the GPU its using the CPU thats why I am getting this problem as Kodi is using the gpu, is there no support for this in plex app?
