4K streaming issues...

Evening all - hope youre well.

I’ve used Plex for a while now - no real problems.

Just got a Samsung 4K TV (go me) and trying to stream a 4K file to the Samsung Plex app.

It starts OK, but then kinda cuts up and pixellates.l 20-30 seconds in.

I have a PMS:

Windows 10 Pro
Core i3-2120 - Benchmark 4000 odd
8GB RAM
Gig Network card

Running latest Plex release.

Files are coming from a wired WD MyCloud into a Netgear Gig switch.

TV is also wired into the switch.

The TV I think is 10/100 but I get the same on WiFi

When playing, the video is Direct but the audio is transcoded.

CPU and RAM arent even 40%

The file is: 10bit.HDR.DTS-HD.MA.5.1 mkv

Its direct playing video MKV (4k HEVC), but transcoding audio DCA to AAC

Any ideas pls? It’s doing my head in.

Turns out i can stream this direct from my WD MyCloud no problem - so its defos Plex/my network somewhere
