4K HDR colour issues

So here’s the issue—I’m trying to stream a 4k HDR film from my laptop over to Plex on my Apple TV. When I do though, the colours are super red and super green (as it is on my laptop and other non-HDR/Dolby Vision devices) When I run the TV’s Plex app, it sorts the colours out just fine. But when it’s running on the Apple TV, it’s all the funky reds and greens.

HELP!
