4K HEVC lagging in Windows Plex Player but is smooth in VLC

Hello,

I just bought a mini PC with intel N100 which should have no problem to play 4K HEVC.
The windows plex player plays the movie in direct Play (no transcoding) but it is not smooth.

Direct Play

In comparison it is totally smooth in VLC.

It is a bit better in Plex Player when disabling hardware decoding but the CPU usage exploses…

Any Idea why plex player produces micro-lag? Thank you!
