The app has always been this way so not sure how an update changed this. That original post sounds like it was a firmware update and not a Plex update. [image] ge_bil: why then not add an override switch in the app, I accept any possible issues in my “unsupported model I’ll bring this up.

So, I called Panasonic technical support in my country. The answer was this: if the Plex application is present in the TV market then it is supported by it and should work. If not ask Plex. If does not work ask Plex. And what to do?
