5.1 FLAC Playback Issue

This…is a pretty odd problem I’m having. I recently got a few 5.1 FLAC albums. For no particular reason at all, it will not play the song I select. It thinks about it for a good long time and then just skips right over it. The following song will play normally. If I then click the back button to go to the song I actually wanted to hear, it will also play normally. I’ve tested this with multiple albums and all of them behave this way. I’m on Plex server 0.9.16.3 on Windows 10 and Home Theater 1.4.1.469-47a90f01 on Windows 10. I know it’s not a decoding issue since the songs DO play and they play in 5.1

Any ideas?

PMS 0.9.16.4 will have a fix for this.
or not.

I think I didn’t read carefully enough.
Try with PMP instead. It handles high-resolution and multichannel music better currently.

Thanks Flanders! I had no idea this even existed, and I was incorrect in my original post, I WAS on Plex Media Player, but I forgot how much I missed the keyboard shortcuts, contextual menus, skins, etc. from PHT, and the beauty of Aeon. Going back makes me wonder what they hoped to improve on with Media Player. Besides having mouse control, it seems everything else was a downgrade. My 5.1 flac plays perfectly now.
