A few videos won’t show up in my library

Is there a way to track what files wont be seen by plex. For example I have a copy of HiddenFigures that will not be seen by PLEX. The only method that worked was to delete and recreate the file. My concern is, I never knew it was missing until I went to watch it and could not find it in PLEX but the file was fine?

Is there a list plex makes of the files it cant use.
