A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server

Server Version#:Server 2012r2
Player Version#:4.12.3

We are getting the above error message - however we have tried a uninstall and a re-install but we still get the same issue. It says to upload the log files but not sure on which log file so have attached the system.logcom.plexapp.system.log (125.9 KB)

Any help greatly appreciated.

However we can browse via the web to the settings but we are getting the error “This Server is unclaimed” - when we go to claim it, it doesn’t to apply and the next time we go back - the server is unclaimed again.
