Looks like Plex is unable to start one of it’s processes that it needs. Could be a bad install. Try manually running the installer and use the repair option.
i reinstalled plex already and that did not fix it
Can you provide the logs from the “Installer Logs” folder for the last time you installed. It’s the "Plex Media Server_yyy_mm_dd__hr_min_sec.log file.
The log indicates everything was installed properly. Can you zip up the entire log folder and provide that to me. I’d like to check if there is anything in the other logs that might explain what’s going on.
