I have just installed Plex on a fresh re-install of Windows 11 and it will not complete the initial load in the browser. I then manually reinstalled plex again, and it will still not load

I also ran into the same issue with a fresh install on Ubuntu 22.10. Reverting to an older version of PMS (I chose 1.29.0.6244) allowed the initial load to complete.

Going through the logs it looks like it’s 404ing over and over again on the URL http://127.0.0.1:53792/system/agents?mediaType=-1

Just did a fresh install of 1.31.1.6733 (latest non-Plex Pass version) in a VM and it worked perfectly, so it looks like this issue is exclusive to 1.31.2.6739
