A-TV loops at end of tv show

I’ve got a problem

At the end of a TV show the Plex app jumps back about five seconds and repeats it (this happens before the 15 sec countdown starts). Then it does this again for a couple of times (3 or 4 times). After this it gives a error message.
I don’t remember the exact words but it says something like this:

there’s a error occurred that forced the transcoder to quit.

I have internal .ASS-Subtitles enabled.
Any ideas?
