bob kind of sums up the PLEX experience perfectly. What PLEX does, it does great. But all this little stuff that shouldnāt be a big deal, why is it never addressed? Has anyone seen anything from PLEX themselves on why this canāt happen?

Wish this was the case made a great album cover for the playlist and nowhere to put it

The fact that Plex is missing such basic things is really annoying and makes me wonder what they spend their time developing if such basic features are still missing almost a decade after they came to prominence.
I donāt understand how these customer service items arenāt a priority.
Especially when I pay them every month for a PlexPass.
