Lets say i am syncing a video to my phone and it’s about 56% complete and counting.
I want to be able to start playing that media while it is still downloading even when i loose internet connection.
This in a way would basically be playing what is already downloaded and not grab it directly from the server, but from the already downloaded stuff.
