Plex Pass subscribers have the added benefit of trying out fresh, unfinished, and unreleased beta versions of Plex. This is totally optional, and at your own risk, but it can be a big help in testing our new features and fixes before they go public. If installing and using bleeding-edge releases is not your thing, its ok to stick with the public release and poke your nose around this category for fun. Filter by plex-media-server-beta or plex-media-player-beta to get to the beta that interests you. Make sure to select the appropriate tag when creating a new topic, then pair it up with a player or feature tag, if it’s relevant.
