Acces to plex lost after disconnecting for account

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715-8cf78dab3
Player Version#:
Hello,
Today after buffering issue, I’ve disconnected my server from my account, and since it’s impossible to have my server back to me.
I’ve logged out and in again but I only see “Direct TV”, nothing in “authorized devices”. I’ve edited Preferences.xml to remove PlexOnline… with my informations as mail, account name, nothing changed.
I don’t know how to recover it.
It seems that everything is here, Databases, Backup, Plug-ins, Token machine, but nothing to associate again with my account.
I can access to plex-web with 32400 port.
I’ve restarted server after modifications

How can I recover from this ? Is somewhere a link I can use ?

Thanks

Hello,

I’ve tried this part but nothing changed

Are you accessing your server “locally” (using its local IP from within the same subnet) to relink your server with your account?
If you’re working on the same machine, make sure to open http://127.0.0.1:32400/web. If you’re working on a different machine inside the same subnet, open http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web instead. You should then be able to see/access the server settings – check out Settings > [Server Name] > General. If your server isn’t linked to your account, the settings page should show a Sign In button.

=> Yes, same subnet and same network
I’m not on the same machine, but https://ip:32400/web give me only access on Direct TV

You should then be able to see/access the server settings – check out Settings > [Server Name] > General . If your server isn’t linked to your account, the settings page should show a Sign In button.

That’s the problem, there is nothing to see except Quality General or Log

Solved

Stop PMS from your server, and copy ProcessedMachineIdentifier="" in your Preference.xml
Start your server and go on :
http://SERVER_IP:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/[ProcessedMachineIdentifier=""]
Was hard to find but it worked !
