I’ve been a happy PMS (with Plex Pass) user for years, then a few weeks ago my account suddenly went “empty”. I couldn’t access my server anymore, my Plex account had no Plex Pass, no payments history, nothing.
Billing support was able to restore my account from my PayPal transaction ID. Plex Pass is back, but I can’t access my server anymore. It was showing “offline” in the servers list.
Here is what I tried to make it come back:
- removed the server from the authorised devices (server not showing up at all now)
- logout and back in directly to the server’s 32400 port
- remove all authorised devices
- restart server
- remove
/var/lib/plexmediaserver
and restart server -
apt purge plexmediaserver
and reinstall it
