Hey All, so here is my scenario. I just moved into a shared apartment where I cannot configure the network settings. The PMS is hooked up to the LAN at 192.168.1.x and my PS4 and Laptop are wireless and on 192.168.254.x. I can not make a connection on either of those devices. If I use my phone on wifi (192.168.254.x) it will work by connecting “indirectly”. Is their a way to connect indirectly using the web app or PS4? Everything is on the most current version. I am allowed to forward ports, Just not able to make changes to the subnets. Thanks for any help in advance 
Firewall should allow incoming connection from client on 192.168.254.x to 192.168.1.x…if you cannot set this rule you cannot get direct access to PMS since firewall will block any unsolicited connections (incoming). Ask the admin to allow your clients on plex IP and tcp port 32400 (default port) or that manually changed.
