Indirect connection only for ONE external person

Server Version#: 4.51.3
Player Version#: 4.51.3

Hello,
When I lived with my mother my Plex server was on her Network A.
Since I moved (and at the same time my server) I find myself on my new Network B,

Problem: my friends can access my server without problem from outside but my mom cannot (network A to network B). The connection switches to “indirect” and the quality is very bad …

I really can’t figure out where the problem is.

I have a similar problem with Microsoft remote desktop: I cannot access my PC containing PMS from my mom’s network A to my network B containing my PC that I want to access)
However is I put in 4G (connection sharing from my iPhone therefore no longer on my mom’s network) there it works and the same for Plex I am no longer in indirect.

It’s only when I’m on this network A of my mother …

I can’t figure out where the problem is I think it has to do with the fact that it was on my old network?

If someone has an idea.

I insist that other people access my Plex server without any problem.

Thank you in advance

You might want to check if the two networks are using the same IP address range.
If they do, change this. (usually in the router’s “DHCP range” settings)
Then reboot the router and afterwards all other network devices, so they get a fresh IP from the new range.

Depending on whether there are any manually configured IPs in the local network, this may be a quicker method than trying to make plex.tv forget the old server configuration of yours.

It also cannot hurt to force your mother’s Plex client to reload its configuration. If she is a member of a Plex Home, simply “Switch User” back and forth.
If she is not, you might have to delete the client app, then reboot the device and reinstall it.

Hello and thank you for reply.

I had changed ip range on both Network A and Network B.

So now my PMS have new local up adress and all my mother device have new local adress too.

But there is the same problem.
