Purchased Plex Pass and do not have access to DVR and TV via my Roku. No change from my free account
Roku is not a supported client to manage your DVR. The currently supported clients (more keep getting added) are:
Amazon Fire TV
Android (mobile)
Android TV
iOS
Plex Web App
