I use a CDN to deliver my plex content I noticed that when plex.tv is blocked I can’t access my plex libraries. Is there a way around it phoning home to plex for auth?
A guy in Australia had problems when his ISP was blocking plex.tv.
He installed a VPN that made his traffic appear to come from the USA instead of Australia.

I think you can specify addresses or networks that are allowed access without authorization in your Settings - Show Advanced - Network
You’re right I totally forgot about the preauthorized setting I will try that and let you know. Thanks for the reminder. Yeah the reason I had to do the CDN was because one of the ISPs here was throttling my guests connection to my ISP. So making my traffic from Plex route through cloudflare solved that issue.
