I accidentally changed my username, by transposing the numbers in the username. Now plex cannot find the libraries nor my plex pass premium. What do I have to do? Restore the old username or start completely from the beginning?

Did you accidentally create a whole new account? Log out, and try logging in using the old username.
I have tried that, did not work. Have tried to change username back to the old one and does not work either.
The plex user account that you are using at the moment never had a Plex Pass.
Please research old emails and other communication between you and plex.tv about the original user name and email address that you used to buy the Plex Pass.
Then contact please https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
OttoKerner, thank you for your response. I understand that the current user account does not have a Plex Pass associated with it. The other user account did have a Plex Pass Life Time associated, that is the account I want to get to so that the Plex Pass works and I can see my libraries.

This has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. But take a look here:
I am told that you used “Sign in with Google”, instead of Email.
Since you’ve never used the Google login before, you have created a new account.
So, sign out. Then login using your regular email address (not the one from Google).
FYI, this account here in the forums was created in February, so you have had it for at least 4 months.
