Hi, I am one of those just recently been sent the shiny new username. If I login using that supplied, it just simply shows me as a basic user , with no settings set up, no media added and nowhere to reconnect to my existing lifetime plex pass account.
How do I sign in using my existing plex pass account rather than the basic new account you sent me? Or is there a way to get the new username account linked to my plexpass?
I have the same problem, my lifetime plex has disappeared and doesnt work anymore.
