I bought a new TV and the formuler pro. Plex was pre installed on the mytv online 3. I made and account and when to go log in but it does not give me an option to change the login information and proceeded to tell me that the account is banned when I try to select the portal giving me the error code “1012”. How dp i go about tring to get it reactivated so I can use my account? I am unable to connect to any kind of support as they don’t have support for technical issues which is unheard of for a service that has support for other issues.
I would recommend hitting plex.tv and seeing what you can do to login and adjust your account settings there. Then I’d return to the TV to see if I can get it to all match up.
The screens you posted in your contact with billing are not Plex app screens. I don’t know what they are. It doesn’t say banned it says “blocked”. That isn’t an error from any of our apps and your Plex account is still active.
Unless you have some other Plex account (which you did not state in contact with billing).
I understand my own account isnt blocked but it won’t let me change the account so I have my own account active on the app.
Plex tv just shows as plex and it doesn’t let me edit anything except for the name and EPG offset.
Sorry I skimmed over the first part of your message, yes they are plex screens as I am in the mytv online 3 app on my TV while trying to select plex and my source. If I have a way to send you a video I can try to do so.
Then that is a Myth TV screen. we don’t make MythTV nor do we make any plugin/integration with it. It looks like just the IPTV set up screen in Myth TV and someone just named that configuration Plex.
