Account corrupted — plex.tv/servers shows “core component” error, multiple ghost servers

Hi Plex team,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my Plex account.

When I go to https://plex.tv/servers, I get this error:

“A problem has been detected with a core component of Plex Media Server.”

I believe this is because I have multiple old/broken servers tied to my account. I inspected the API response at:
https://plex.tv/api/resources?includeHttps=1&X-Plex-Token=

And found three servers with the same name (plexserverrr) but different clientIdentifiers:

  • 2bdb51c62705047cfb553cd08e2f556e81139be1 (broken)
  • 72e4d9311fa3d2d8dec519f9e1fbe18ac5ebb2a6 (broken)
  • 829c9590ef1142a39f7723ed032b2ad3c662e2a5 (this is the correct and working one)

I’ve tried to remove the two broken ones using:
https://plex.tv/api/servers//delete?X-Plex-Token=…

But I get 404 errors, and plex.tv/servers crashes every time.

Please manually remove the two broken server entries so my account can function again.

Thanks so much — I really appreciate the help.
