I have lost my account entire Plex list of servers

I went to use my Plex yesterday and my tv server had disappeared I then tried to re add through my main pc as I have two windows 10 based PCs and when I went to claim it, it span for ages but it did not add the server although when I checked authorised devices it was there. I then went to click on a library’s the device and I got I am not authorised for this server. The server is actually the pc I was using to access it on, I have a lifetime Plex pass so have really peeved. I have tried deleting the registry server info, removing all authorised devices everything now I have a shall if an account and nothing works plus I now see we get no support unless we put on a topic help

Can you clarify what that means?
You do only have PMS running on one of them?

I have Plex Media Server on my NAS, my windows pc 10 with 6 x hard drives on it and on my main pc in the office is there an issue with having it on multiple devices? I think i might need plex for dummies lol … i have a nas with 8 hard drives for movies, a windows pc with 6 hard drives for tv series and to be honest the pc in the office is used for organising etc the files not for supplying access from. It does appear when you download the plex app for a Qnap nas it does give you the server should i be running everything from there?
At the moment i have been trying on the different machines so frantically to get the servers i have managed to delete all the servers and currently have access to none of my servers. Therefore no my issues have not been solved as my Plex is most definitely not working all is can say is HELP

There is no issue with multiple servers per se.
There is (I think) an issue with multiple servers on the same network. At least without extra planning.
Is there a particular reason why you would want to run PMS on more than one device?
It definitely complicates things.
For most one server is needed and that will stream to several clients.

Is the office server a “local home office” or actually at your work place?
Also are some of your media files stored on the NAS as well as on the PC with 6 hard drives?

Don’t worry. It can be daunting setting things up. I’m sure we can get you up and running.

how can i do this with a message now and then is there not a instruction guide, someone that can remote in and help or talk to over the phone? i have a number of friends who share my media asking me whats up
i have 120tb storage i cannot use right now where to from here?>

As per Hitsville‘s earlier response: there’s technically no need to run multiple server instances in order to connect your various storage units. Each of those platforms should be capable of connecting the drives of the other device, allowing the PMS on that platform to have libraries with media from your various drives.

At least you shouldn‘t need to run a Plex Media Server in your Office only to organize stuff on the two others.

However, from what I see that’s not actually your issue. What’s the current status of each of your Plex Media Servers — let’s go with the 2 which actually contain their own media:

  1. exact platform (e.g. what branch of Windows 10, which QNAP model and version of QTS)
  2. version of PMS installed
  3. status of the server (e.g. accessible / claimed) — I understand from your post you can at least connect to one of them, see the server settings but are unable to load the library content?!?

When you tried fixing things… how did you connect to those servers? Were you going through the hosted version of Plex Web or using the device’s local IP address?

As for „instructions or guides“: I strongly recommend the official support articles. There’s also a series of FAQs / tips&tricks in the respective forum categories for the different platforms that’ll address more specific situations.
e.g.:

Windows 10 Home
|Version: 21H1
|Installed on 19/‎03/‎2021
|OS build: 19043.1151
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3530.0

Qnap TVS-872XT
QTS 4.5.4.1741 (for intel processer 64bit)
PMS 1.23.6
Server: disappearred (the server is called Qnapplex)

The other server that has disappeared is Nunusplex which is on a windows 10 pc with the same windows 10 version, i have a server set up as the kop but i have never used as its the pc i obtain files on, i used to get the chance to claim the nunusplex server but it never worked so i tried to delete all authorised devices to start over now do not even get the option to claim the server? i also cannot see where i can add a new server to reconstruct it im a serious novice with this it had been going ok and this happened all of a sudden almost like someone had hacked me for fun and created a issue

See above… how are you currently trying to connect to those servers?
Can you still access the troublemakers by using their local IP addresses (e.g. http://[PMS IP address]:32400/web)?

I can access ip address’s by inserting http://192.168.50.59:32400/web but do not get the option to add the servers that are missing the QNAPPLEX or the NUNUSPLEX, it connects to the plex media server with the kop (download pc) server but nothing under more to claim old servers.
i would usually try and connect on a apple tv or Nvidia shield. The apple tv shows the two above named servers but that it cannot find them i haven’t tried the Nvidia as i currently rarely use it that way.
i still have no access to my media on my own network, i can only see the pc Nunusplex in the windows explorer menu.
how can this be fixed, this topic says solved it hasnt been anywhere near solved cant someone connect to me directly to have a look to see what we can do to fix it

If those servers are no longer connected to your account you need to access each one individually through its respective IP address.

How can I re add the servers to the account? Do I need to set up a new Plex account and transfer my lifetime Plex pass as I cannot see where to add a new server?

No different account is required.
If the servers have been signed out, you should be able to access them through their respective local IP addresses and re-link them to your account. You cannot claim them from a different server or the hosted version of Plex Web (https://app.plex.tv/desktop).

If claiming fails this way, we’ll need to look into the specific servers to overcome this.

i think another user that i helped set up as also an administrator of my plex and it might be where the issue is however he does not have a Plex pass. I thought with a Lifetime plex pass i might receive more support than a message now and then as im not a technology buff i simply want access to my downloaded files and to share it with my friends.
When i go and look at the PMS ip:2400/web i simply end up logging into the PMS app it does not give me access to claim a server nor does it give me access to the libraries of programs and this stuff has taken years to organise the way they were.
Like ive said before i think someone might have accessed my account that is not me i just was suggesting the new account so the person could not in the future try and access my account.
Surely someone can remote into my network and help me recover my server?
I logged into the second account under spicko53@gmail.com as i set that up for Len and plex was trying to allow him to claim the Qnapplex server aka 192.168.50.77?
can i get a little more help if anything im more confused as i have already tried deleting the plex from the servers restarting and re downloading so im not sure what you want me to do other than that as i said im not a network technician or sure what to do from here, i would have expected more help since i am a substantial invester buying the lifetime access.

Plex doesn’t have any support beyond the forums – and this is mostly users helping users (e.g. “Plex Ninja” is not a Plex employee).

I believe you’re getting down to the core of your issue.
A Plex server can only have a single admin. If you give another user admin access – the server is their server and no longer associated with your account… that’s independent if they’re having a Plex Pass or not (similarly but not applicable here: if you join another user’s Plex Home, you’ll also depend on their administration).

Once a server is linked to another account, you can no longer access or manage it… you’re literally locked out.
If the server is however on your system, you can undo this by deleting a file on the respective system and claim it again under your own account.

yet again no help already been there done that it did not work

True, you mentioned that in your initial post. I thought that was about the 1 server that you have regained access. However that’s why I wanted to confirm earlier what you did on each of them — e.g. the procedure described in the „I’ve locked myself out“ support article for the QNAP doesn’t involve your registry.

Please walk me through the steps once more for each of the 3 systems:

  1. redo the steps described in the support article
  2. subsequently open that PMS through its local IP address
  3. go to Settings > [Server Name] > General → does that settings page show an option to sign-out or link/claim the server?

im have same problem… i cant see my home local server… just missing!! and i cant find how to relink them… all files are here but my server on my local ip adress is here… loaded ipo, on left side there is not more mymediaserver !!!

You have deleted and recovered your plex account 2 times in one day.
You also removed your server from your account, which is what caused this mess.
Perform this procedure to the letter: Why am I locked out of Server Settings and how do I get in? | Plex Support
