For a few weeks please is saying my account is unavailable. For all of my folders it shows a retry connection screen but won’t allow zme to reconnect. What do I do to fix this and restore service? I have a lifetime subscription so it’s not a matter of payment. Thanks!
Are you using a VPN of some kind?
Your account shows administrative activity from various countries. So either you have a VPN or you are a frequent flyer.
If it’s none of the above, you better change the password of your plex account ASAP.
(Don’t forget to tick the checkbox “sign out all devices…”)
Then set your home network to use either 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as its “DNS server”.
Then reboot the router first, then the plex server, then all other devices.
