Plex was extremely slow, so I closed the android app (force stop) and opend it again (Like I always do when plex has an issue) that didn’t work. Then I saw all my family’s acounts where missing on the login screen. So I decided to check the server. I had a message asking me to claim my unclaimed server so I pressed the button it took about a minute to load and did nothing. I sat there for about 15 minutes clicking it. That didn’t work so I signed out now I can’t sign back into my server and just get a black screen that says “Plex is not reachable. Make sure your server has an internet connection and any firewalls or other programs are set to allow access.” I am very annoyed. Plex really seems to be going down hill, with forced ui changes, updates that cause thousands of bugs, and their own fleet of media that isn’t usefull to anyone. Now I am at the point where I can’t sign into my server. I just want to watch the simpsons man, don’t make me go in my attic and get the dvd. 
seems there are issues with the Plex API…
For what it’s worth, it seems to be coming back. I can log into my server now. You might want to check again.
There are settings under Your Sever > Settings > Network that should at least allow local network access when this happens.
Is that the right solution? Im not here to say that. 
But just letting you know it’s there so you can check it out before the auth API goes down again.
