Account hacked! Urgent, please help!

This is not my premium account. My password doesn’t seem to be working to log in and the password recovery email never comes through. Is there a known outage atm? The status page shows everything is fine but I can’t log in nor reset password.

I just tested the password recovery system using this account and I got an email right away. How can I make sure something didn’t happen to my other account?

I just realized I got an email from the 22nd saying my email had been changed! The recovery code in the email had expired, however. Please help!

So, in the middle of the night someone set up an account using my premium account’s email. The problem is I had the lifetime subscription and this one, obviously, does not. I have the email of the account that stole my account information. How frequently do admins access these forums?
