Account Hacked

Hi All,

Today I received an email to inform me my account email has address has been changed to an email that isn’t mine. The email notifying me of the change had on it an email a recovery code to revert back the email address change.

I managed to revert my email address and then reset my accounts password. Should I take any further actions? Should I contact plex team in someway to make them aware?

I also received a few notification emails to say I had new sign-ins to my plex account one from Russia and another from America.

Thanks for any help.

Also Just went through my authorised devices and removed anything I don’t recognise

This is necessary to revoke each and every security token associated to your account.
(The same can be achieved by removing each and every item in https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/all )

The unfortunate side effect is that all your servers and Plex clients are also locked out from your account.
Logging out and back in on clients is easy enough, but servers can be difficult.
