I have an account that has been hijacked. I have a lifetime membership. Does Plex even have anyone covering support?
I’ve tied just about everything to reset my password and pin but nothing is working. Guessing at this point i just wasted the original 200$ for the membership. Guess i’ll take it up with BBB if i’m not getting the support needed.
Starting to think maybe PLEX isn’t the most responsible place to hold my data anyways. @Support_SD @support_please
