Plex account hijacked

Hi! Unfortunately it seems that my account was exploited. All my devices are disconnected and I tried to reset my password but never received the email.

Looks like this is the process you should follow.

I got my pass months ago, so that’s a no go. Posted here because we saw others do the same and someone helped them sort it out. I also sent a message to billing because you can’t contact support directly.
