Getting support for hacked account - password reset

Pretty frustrated with Plex’s website and support for Plex Pass member. Got notice that my account has been hacked and can’t reset my password after several attempts to login. I’ve submitted my email several times to get my account access restored and never get the email from Plex to do so. I’m worried the hackers might have gotten to my account and then changed the email associated with it too. no number to call for a paid user. very disappointing. not even an email or form to submit for a support case to get some help!

Is there a moderator that will contact me ASAP? I’ve shut down my plex server - but got notices that two diff connections were successful from Europe - which are not mine. I had to register for a new account to even get on the forum to ask for help. Not happy with user support or lack of right now at all. Grrr.

if your email was changed then you would have gotten an email notification with a link to change it back.

I need help with this subject too. I actually created a new account but still I need to know how to get my old one back since I am still paying for it.
