Account recovvery: forgot password

Hi folks,
I have a second account, which is a ‘home user’ as well. My dad is using it. Because of the recent event, I was trying to change the password of the account, but I couldn’t as we both forgot the passwords (email and Plex account). We can still log in to the account, though, as we use a PIN.
Is there any way to recover that? That would be very helpful.

Thanks for the @OttoKerner . But this needs an email. I know the email, but forgot the password as well. Is there any other way?

It’s been over 20 minutes, I’ve put the email address. I didn’t get any other reply besides this.

You might want to inspect your spam folders and other filter rules.

That’s the issue. As I mentioned earlier, I was unable to log in to my email. I forgot the email password too.

Then the only chance is to contact https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing
(it might take a while 'til a response, they are currently very busy)
