It appears my plex account’s email address and password, along with pin, have been changed. If any support can be given to recover my account it would be greatly appreciated.
You should have gotten an email notification of password change with option to revert. ( after you get back in you can change PIN and username on your account page. https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/account
if there is something not working with the reverting process, please contact billing at https://www.plex.tv/contact/?option=plex-pass-billing. since you appear to have a Plex Pass our billing folks will ask couple question to verify you are who you are and help you out.
So yeah, just found the email, unfortunately this happened a month ago and I wasn’t paying attention. I will work with billing. Thank you.
