I had an account with a lifetime plex pass on it, I believe - and all of a sudden it didnt work anymore.
After searching my email, I had two emails in my email spam from plex - one stating my email had been changed, and one a week later saying it was changed again. I am now unable to access the account.
How do I resolve this? Why did the emails go to spam?
It is after the fact, but if an e-mail has been flagged as spam, you can tell Gmail it is not spam and to not flag it in the future. Select the message and click “not spam” in the list of actions at the top of the mailbox (archive, delete, etc).
This is using the web interface, mail.google.com. YMMV if using a different app, etc.
