My account got hacked and they changed the email

Hi!

I scoured the Plex website to find some help to recover my account but i didnt find anything and technical support cant receive emails? I bought the lifetime Plex Pass and would like my account back. There isnt a single topic about this in Plex’s “support articles” so how are you supposed to get your account back. Please help!

if you email was change then you should have gotten a notification email ( which is sent to original email on account) with a link to revert it.

The same has happened to ours. I did not receive an email about it. Would like help recovering our account. We too, have the lifetime pass
