In the new activity dashboard my “kids” user is duplicated. Is there a way to merge these back together?
Did you possibly recreate that user at some point? Recreating a managed user creates a new user, it does not reuse the old one. So you actually have 2 users with that same name in your database, and Plex does not remove that watched/played info when you delete a user, so they will stick around.
I don’t remember doing so but maybe it got recreated in a server migration? oh well. I was able to update the statistics table in the database and moved those views from kids account 1 to 2. That seemed to do it. That first kids account doesnt show up in users so it must be deactivated.
