Play History - All Users dropdown - 1 User is listed twice

So when I access the dashboard scroll down to TOP USERS and highlight a user and click on View Play History, them click on the drop down for All Users I see a list of all the managed users and friends.
In that list I get one user that appears twice like:

All Users
User 1
User 2
User 2
User 3
User 4

As you can see User 2 appears twice and only one of them has any history.

There is only one Managed Account for User 2.

So any idea how to remove the one that has no history?

Only by directly editing the server SQLite database.

But I am unfortunately not able to tell you how to do that.
