Actors detail page still not available on nvidia shield android app?

Hi all,

I have a number of different streaming sticks at home (Roku, Fire sticks) and the actors details page works fine.

However I use an nvidia shield pro for my main streamer in the media room and when I select an actor I just get a list of the media I have they are in, not the actors details / filmography page.

Is this a setting I’m missing or just a missing feature from the nvidia shield android app ?

I don’t think that’s an issue on this particular client but a configuration of your library (or can you double-check that the actor details page works for this exact same library on another app?).

Libraries must be using the current-generation Plex agents and adult content options must be disabled in that library’s advanced options tab.

Yes this is the weird thing.

It works on my Roku and fire tv sticks (so I doubt it’s a server setting issue) but doesn’t work on my Nvidia shield pro ?

Do you possibly use a different (managed) user on the Fire stick (e.g. a guest or family user)?

Nope, the same user across all devices.

Like I said, it works on Roku and fire stick (same user) just not shield pro ?
