Filmography not showing on Shield

I need suggestions as to why Filmography isn’t showing up on my Nvidia Shield. I have an older Shield that does show the extra info and I’ve TRIED to duplicate the settings on the new Shield, but I can’t manage to get the extra info to show. I’ve read the Discover Data FAQ, but I seem to be missing something. Thanks, in advance.

The older and new shield are connected to the same server? or do you mean they are different servers?

The two reason it would not is that

  1. “Include adult content” is enabled for the libraries that actor has content in.
  2. the library are using the legacy metadata agents instead of Plex Movie and Plex TV Series

  1. Both Shields are connected to the same Plex Media Server.
  2. “Include Adult Content” is not enabled for either Shield for their Movies libraries.
  3. Similarly, both are using “Plex Movie” as their Scanner and Agent for their Movies library.

Anything else I can try?
