on my Shield 2019 I can’t press the actors to get the information, nothing happens.
Everything works via the web interface, everything works in the IOS app, only it doesn’t work on the SHIELD.

The Android TV client simply doesn’t have that functionality. It’s been addressed several times and there’s a dedicated feature suggestion asking for this feature to be added (e.g. to bring the Android TV client in line with other clients).
no thats not correct, i have the nvidia Shield 2019 Pro with Android, not Android TV, perhaps i choose the worng tag but when you read my post you see it.
On Kodi or EMby the function works very well.
thats a app problem and not a Android problem.
The Nvidia Shield runs Android TV, which is why this tagged as Android TV is correct and @tom80H mentioned Android TV.
The feature that you are talking about not working on your Shield TV does not work on any client that runs off of Android (be it Android TV, an Android phone or tablet).
