Ad Based Live TV Commercial Freeze

I have been having a long running problem with ad based live tv freezing during commercial breaks. One channel in particular, Kim’s Convenience, fails every time but plays fine in other clients. There are more examples, but I’ve attached the log for this particular instance.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
