Adanced Filters: Add Filename Filter

I would like Folder/Filename added to the Advanced Filters. I would like to be able to search for filenames that include things like [Directors Cut] or [720p] or be able to search on keywords in the folder string, so I could immediately see that this file is on \VAULT or \KEEP.

This will allow me to make automatic collections like Extended Cuts.

You can already filter for certain technical aspects like a movie’s resolution.

There’s an existing feature suggestion discussing an option to filter for the file path or components of it. I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.

Feature Request: File Path filter // Automatic dynamic Full Pathname tags & associated Filter

We have other requests that are similar to this but not the same. What I would like is to have a class of user tags for all media files that would be dynamically and automatically created based on the full pathname of the media object and to add a filter option for selecting these dynamic tags in all the players. I searched and didn’t find one. I’ll comment there. I’m aware of filters based on various other things, but a there’s no way to filter on a filename, so I can tag a file where I got it from, etc.

It isn’t appropriate to try to use the Labels field since it pertains to a single file and other may be duplicates. But I’ll move my comment to the other post.
